RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy: Items purchased from Ask Me Wear can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, excluding flash and clearance sales, which are final and non-returnable.
Final sale items (Clothing, Jewelry, Flash sale, open box, Clearance and specified) are excluded and can not be returned or exchanged and all items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
No Returns on Clothing Items: This includes all clothing, scarves, and gloves. No exceptions will be made.
No Returns on Jewelry Items: This includes all Jewelry, diamonds and others. No exceptions will be made.
International Returns: We do not offer return labels for international orders. Similar to U.S. orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for all import and duty fees on returned merchandise.
Starting a Return: To start a return, please email us at sales@askmewear.com to confirm if your return meets our policy criteria. Keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process: After we inspect and approve the returned merchandise, we will process the return. If the items are poorly packaged, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange. In such cases, the items will be sent back to you at your expense. The standard return shipping fee is $15 within the U.S. For international orders, return shipping fees apply. Exchange fees vary depending on the location. Please note expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once confirmed, you are required to ship the item within 3 business days. If you fail to ship on time, the company will cancel the return confirmation and reject the request.
Return Method: If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a code that can be used at checkout.
