Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Ask Me Wear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Flash Sale items
- Open Box items
- Clearance items
- Jewelry (including diamonds and other accessories)
- Other specified final sale products
Flash Sale & Promo Code Purchases
Orders marked as "Flash Sale" or any purchase using a promo code offering a discount of 5% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
International Returns
At this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any import and duty fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@askmewear.com to confirm whether your return meets our policy criteria. Keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process store credit if the item meets our return requirements. If the returned item is poorly packaged, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

- $15 within the U.S.
- $20 from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean
- Up to $35 for select items (depending on warehouse location)
- International return shipping fees vary
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable

Return process window:
Please note that returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your return request is submitted. After this window, we are unable to process returns, so we encourage you to reach out promptly for assistance.

Shipping deadline:
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your return request.
Return Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital code, which can be used at checkout for future purchases.
