International Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all orders outside of the United States are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees
Please be aware that Ask Me Wear does not cover any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import fees that may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations and potential fees before placing your order.

International Deliveries
Orders shipping internationally, particularly from Europe to the U.S., may be subject to customs inspections, which can result in additional duties and taxes not covered by Ask Me Wear. Customers are responsible for any such fees upon delivery. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 8 business days, but may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery processes. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Restricted Items
Certain items may be restricted or prohibited for import into specific countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is allowed for import into their country.

Tracking and Insurance
All international shipments include tracking information. Most shipments are insured for added protection; additional insurance options may be available at checkout for an extra fee.

Currency and Payment
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). International customers should note that their bank or credit card provider may apply a currency conversion fee.

We work with trusted global shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure the fast, reliable, and secure delivery of your orders.

Shipping protection
Our shipping protection covers items lost in transit by the carrier up until the package is marked as delivered. Once an order is shown as delivered by the carrier, Ask Me Wear LLC cannot be held liable under this protection.

  • In cases where an item is marked as delivered but is stolen or cannot be located for any reason, resolution will be subject to the carrier’s investigation and decision, and is not covered under our shipping protection.

 

Unaccepted or Returned Shipments
Suppose a shipment is not accepted by the customer or is returned to us by the shipping carrier for any reason (including refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect). In that case, it will be treated as a return. In such cases, a return processing fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded as store credit only. We reserve the right to deduct any additional shipping or handling costs incurred from the final store credit amount. Please ensure that shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to accept your delivery to avoid delays or penalties.
