I had momentary remorse when I bought these thinking they would look ridiculous on me, but when they came....WOW!! they are so cute and incredibly comfortable. Silver Gucci belt

I ordered the wrong size belt and did not realize
Open box meant no returns/no exchanges. Ask me wear saw I was so disappointed that I could not get the belt of my dreams. They reached out to me and made an exception and for a small fee I could exchange the belt for the correct size. I am now saving up for my favorite Gucci bag from ask me where. I highly recommend ask me where they care about their customers.

Was sent jeans that were entirely too big as they were mis marked on the website. I went back and forth with horrible customer service they agreed to return because they did not have the correct size in stock. They sent me a label and told me DHL will be picking them up. DHL never came to collect the package and I took a few weeks later to actual DHL (30 minutes away) because quite frankly I expected it to be picked up. They are now telling me that they cannot accept the return. This is HORRIFIC customer service.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We have approved your return in accordance with our return policy, which allows customers to return items within a specified timeframe. However, the package was not shipped for nearly 30 days after the return label was issued, and we were not contacted during that period.

Our policy does not allow returns after such a long delay because we must protect the authenticity and integrity of the designer products listed on our website. Once an item has been outside our controlled environment for that length of time, we can no longer guarantee it meets the strict standards required for resale.

We always aim to help and resolve any issues quickly; however, timely communication is essential so that we can process returns smoothly.

Good service, beautiful bag but smells awful

Bought YSL east/west tote bag. Delivery took 9 days, customer support was very prompt on regular updates.

Now coming to the bag itself, it looks good!!! It also came with a dust bag. It however smells very bad. I have aired it out for two days but it still smells. Now I am not sure if this is genuine or fake-plastic, time will tell.
